Nestled between Mount Kurokami and Mount Kunimi lies Shimouchino. The dragon deity enshrined at the water source is affectionately known as “Ryuo-san,” and the land is known for its clear spring water and lush green surroundings. Grown in soil nourished by the rain, sun, and earth of Kyushu, Yume Shizuku is a fragrant and delicious rice with abundant sweetness and umami, combining firmness with a pleasant stickiness.
